At Beofor Customs, we take immense pride in our artistry. Every model is a product of meticulous handcrafting, personally supervised and refined by a specialist to ensure it meets our exacting standards. Because each piece is a bespoke creation, we ensure it departs our studio in pristine condition.

The "Bumped" Series
In the spirit of transparency, we offer certain models that possess minor cosmetic quirks as part of our "Bumped" collection.

  • Tiered Pricing: To reflect their unique characteristics, these items are offered at a more accessible price point than our Standard line.
  • Terms: By acquiring a "Bumped" variant, you acknowledge and embrace the specific characteristics detailed in the product description. As these are clearly disclosed, they are sold as-is.

Return Philosophy
Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of preference. As each item is individually inspected and authenticated before dispatch, we cannot accept returns once a piece has been delivered and handled. We appreciate your understanding of the dedication and time invested in every build.

The Beofor Restoration & Repair System
We recognise that these models are delicate collectibles and that, over time, accidents may occur. Rather than leaving a damaged piece consigned to the shelf, we offer a dedicated Repair System to restore your model:

  1. Consultation: Should your model sustain damage during display or handling, please reach out via our Contact page with high-resolution photographs.
  2. Assessment: We will evaluate the restoration work required and the complexity of the repair.
  3. Bespoke Quote: We will provide a personalised quotation for the labour and materials needed to bring your car back to its former glory.

Transit Concerns
In the exceptional event that your package is mishandled by the courier:

  • Notification: Please contact us via the website within 12 hours of receipt.
  • Verification: To assist us in resolving the matter with our delivery partners, we kindly require photographs of both the damaged external packaging and the model itself.
