1. Order Acceptance, Valuation & Local Collection
While we strive for absolute accuracy in our digital showroom, Beofor Customs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order arising from pricing errors or the sudden unavailability of specific materials. In such instances, a full and immediate refund will be issued.

Furthermore, should a client elect our complimentary Local Pick-up option yet find themselves unable to complete the collection, or subsequently request a cancellation, a 20% administrative and holding fee shall be applied. In these circumstances, a refund of 80% will be issued to account for the logistics and the duration the piece was withdrawn from our gallery.

2. Intellectual Property & Artistry
All content found within this domain—including our bespoke car designs, original photography, and the Beofor Customs logo—remains the exclusive intellectual property of the studio. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or the "digital archæology" of our design process for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct & Professional Communication
We pride ourselves on professional, respectful, and transparent communication. To maintain the creative integrity of the workshop, we reserve the right to terminate service to any individual engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or harassing behaviour via our contact channels. Whether discussing a new build or a repair, we value a courteous exchange.

4. A Reflexion on the "Bumped" Series
Our "Bumped" variants are offered as a deep reflexion of our commitment to transparency. These pieces possess minor cosmetic quirks that, whilst not meeting our primary tier, do not diminish the spirit of the model. Voilà—an opportunity to acquire a hand-supervised piece at a more accessible tier, provided the buyer accepts the unique character of the item as described.

5. Governing Law
These terms, and any disputes arising from your acquisition of a Beofor Customs piece, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
